There were definitely some hiccups. The air conditioning in the one-bedroom villa was sluggish, taking nearly half a day to cool down and only working in the bedroom. The absence of umbrellas in the rooms caught me off guard, especially since I was there at the start of the wet season. borrowing one from reception was a hassle I didn't expect. the toilet in one room had issues flushing properly — and trust me, that's not something you want to deal with during your stay.
